It all started with the word Health. What is health to me? What makes one healthy? To me, health is of utmost importance in our lives. I feel that health is the main asset before you can do anything and everything in life. When we are healthy, we are free from illnesses and feel good.

Being healthy in life or to start being healthy is no easy feat and it starts from being motivated by the people around you. By being healthy, it makes us feel good.

It does not require a lot, but merely motivation. That being said, it is easier to be said than done. 

This book is about sharing the healthy recipes with your family and acts as a family journal for healthy eating as well. One can paste pictures of food being prepared, fill up the missing parts of the book with healthy recipes sold in stores as well as using the app as a communication between families, to motivate each other to come home for meals . The act of motivation can be achieved easily with the sense of everyone gathering together for a meal. The memories that are created to be reminisced is the motivation. Hence, 回味.

The app records the personal health goals as well as being able to connect your family members together and monitor each other's eating habits. It has other functions such as suggestions for healthy ingredient substitutes, tracks your location and eating patterns, unlocks achievements when you have been consistently having a well balanced diet. It is coupled with the recipe book as well where pictures of dishes can be uploaded online and shared amongst the family. It also monitors the progress of the recipe book as well.

The packaging is healthy pre-packed food seasonings for convenience and also has a recipe at the back for consumers to cut out and paste in the recipe book. It saves alot of hassle as the consumers only need to purchase the remaining ingredients to prepare the dish. The individual capsules also state the serving portions.
